I had a custiomer call me recently who was moving out of her high rise apartment. I used a portable extractor on this job because it wasnt accessible with a truck mount, It came out really good. The portable I use has excellent heat and strong vacuum.

The Wax Removal Process requires an iron and some damp towels. Its a very simple processes.
First let me tell you how NOT to remove gum from the carpet. Do NOT use the “freezing” method where you freeze the gum with a chemical spray and then break it up. Its totally unnecessary and risks damaging the carpet fiber.
A lot of people ask me what to do if they need to clean a spot off the carpet. Many of my customers have tried spot cleaning products that they bought at the store, such as ‘folex’ and ‘resolve,’ and even though some of these products get the spot out pretty good, they also have extremely negative consequences for the carpet and are not recommended.
